Poliphone is a start-up company that has developed a revolutionary system for the management and operation of a political phone campaign.
Poliphone works through volunteers’ cell phones, and no special infrastructure is needed for download whatsoever.

The Disadvantages of a Standard Call Center

High costs:
An ordinary call center, of the type normally found in commercial companies, struggles to fulfill the needs of a political body running a telephone campaign. A commercial call center works by utilizing a large number of telephones concentrated in one location, and requires an enormous initial investment in communications infrastructure, computers and licenses for operating the center. The costs of running the center are accordingly high as well.

Lack of commitment:
The telephone operators at the commercial center, professional and skilled as they may be, lack the personal interest and commitment required of those seeking to influence and persuade voters. Campaigns lose much of their effectiveness when they use a commercial telephone center.

​Poliphone is developed specifically for managing a political telephone campaign based on volunteers.

Though volunteers are deeply committed to the political path, until today they have lacked the technical tools and communications infrastructure to directly contact voters and influence their opinion.
Poliphone bridges this gap perfectly.
Now you can use your dedicated, willing volunteers to convey your important message to voters.
All authorized volunteers can participate in the campaign and conduct conversations with voters through their mobile phone, from wherever they are and whenever they are available.
The volunteers connect to Poliphone through their mobile phones, are updated on campaign messages and news, and once ready, Poliphone provides them with voter data and allows the volunteers to call voters and talk.
Upon ending the conversation, volunteers fill out a feedback questionnaire by a simple click of a few keystrokes. The management system is updated in real time, and the volunteers are free to initiate a new call with the next voter.

What if some volunteers prefer to call from a home line?
Volunteers can connect to Poliphone with any home computer that has Internet access, and likewise follow the instructions of those for the mobile phone system.

Campaign managers define the messages they wish to convey, the population segments for which the various messages are relevant, and the timeframe of operation.
From their own personal computers, campaign managers can change and regulate the activities of volunteers in accordance with ongoing developments and updates, and this with a simple and user-friendly system that requires no further installations.
The campaign manager receives updated information, in real time, on the conduct of the campaign, the number of calls made and their results, and accurate, segmented information reflecting developments in the field.
